Yes. Anyone can generate 3 invoices a month without signing up. A free account (just your email) gives unlimited invoices, 100 saved to history, plus 25 clients and 25 products. Pro (₹199/month) makes those unlimited and adds email sending, payment reminders, recurring invoices and GSTR-1 export.
What is the watermark on free PDFs?
A small footer line reading “Created with Zap Invoice”. It sits at the bottom, never across the invoice. Pro removes it.
Do I need a GSTIN to use this?
No. If you’re unregistered or a composition dealer, leave the GST fields blank and choose “Bill of Supply” as the document type.
Are my invoices saved?
Anonymous invoices aren’t stored anywhere — they’re generated in your browser. Sign in to save invoices and open them on any device.
What document types are supported?
