How do I create a GST invoice?+
Open the Invoice Builder, fill in your business GSTIN and client details, add line items with HSN/SAC codes, and click Download PDF. Zap Invoice automatically splits CGST/SGST or applies IGST based on the place of supply.
Is ZapInvoice free to use?+
Yes. You can create and download invoices for free without signing up. Free accounts can download up to 10 invoices per month. The Pro plan (₹299/month) removes the limit, adds your logo, and removes the watermark.
Why is my PDF showing a watermark?+
The watermark appears on free and anonymous downloads. Upgrade to Pro or sign in to a Pro account to download clean, watermark-free PDFs.
Can I save my invoices and access them later?+
Yes — sign up for a free account and every invoice you create is automatically saved to your dashboard. You can edit, re-download, or share any saved invoice at any time.
Which invoice types does ZapInvoice support?+
Zap Invoice supports all 12 GST document types: Tax Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Bill of Supply, Delivery Challan, Export Invoice, Receipt Voucher, Refund Voucher, Payment Voucher, Self-Invoice, and Revised Invoice.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?+
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I paid but my account still shows Free — what do I do?+
Payment activation can take up to 2 minutes. Refresh the page and check your plan status under Settings → Billing. If it still shows Free after 5 minutes, email us at support@zapinvoice.in with your payment reference.
Can I use my own logo on the invoice?+
Yes — go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile and upload your logo. It will appear on all future invoices automatically. Logo upload requires a Pro plan.
How do I get a refund?+
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not downloaded more than 3 Pro invoices. Email support@zapinvoice.in with your order details.
